Charles-Hubert Vanoverberghe

Charles-Hubert is mainly involved in international and real estate taxation but also on commercial and real estate law.

Charles-Hubert has an extensive professional experience in the creation of real estate investment vehicles, commercial and real estate acquisitions (asset deals / share deals), real estate outsourcing operations for French and international groups, as well as in financing and structuring.

He assists asset managers, developers, real estate companies, family offices, French and foreign institutional investors, high-net worth individuals in each aspect of their investments, transactions, and restructuring, both in France and Saint-Barth.

Margaux Julien

Margaux provides tax and legal services in private wealth management.
